Cross Country 10/11

The North Huron Cross Country team competed at Mayville on Saturday. The high school, middle school and elementary teams ran their way to five medals and six personal records. The high school girls started the day, with Aspen Jimkoski leading the team in 21st place, running 23:36, earning a medal. Fiona Phillips placed 32nd in 25:04. Natalie Phillips was 34th in 25:10 and Cambria Collings finishing in 54th in 28:30. Wesley Kosinski led the high school boys, placing 21st in 19:44 and earning a medal. Ely Deacons ran 23:59, finishing 61st place. Elsie Dhyse led the junior high and elementary, finishing 18th in 15:56 and earning a medal. Emily Deacons was 37th with a PR of 19:44 while Liliana Kosinski was 38th with a PR of 19:45. Kambri Heintz was 43rd with a PR of 21:32. Parker Dhyse was 49th in 26:26 and Saoirse Herron was 50th in 26:35. Jaxton Kosinski led the middle school boys, finishing 16th place in 14:47, earning a medal. Owen Williams ran 15:49, good for 23rd place and earning a medal. Axle Roggenbuck finished 26th place in 16:43, Joe Deacons finished 41st with a PR of 21:53, Alvin Provot finished 44th with a PR of 23:06 and Albert Provot finished 45 with a PR of 23:31.
